His expertize spans across multiple areas like LEAN, Kanban, Six Sigma, Project and Program Management, Service Management, Agile Scrum, BPM, CMMI, Metrics, Defect Prevention and Training. He has successfully executed consulting engagements in US, Europe and Asia Pacific and enabled customer to achieve set business goals. His consulting & advisory services required him to work closely with business leadership teams, managers, operation teams and 3rd party vendors.

Amit has been working with FIS for the past 9 years and helped various Business Units to enable and improve their product quality, service quality and customer engagements.

Amit holds a master degree in cost management. He is certified Lean Practitioner, Six Sigma black belt, BPM Professional, Scrum Master, PMP, PgMP Practitioner and ITIL expert.
