Session Title

Agile Leadership 101: Unlearn to succeed

Session Overview

An agile organisation prioritizes speed, autonomy and collaboration. It plans and executes in parallel through an iterative, feedback-led loop. It capitalizes on a product or service and is quick to discard it when it is no longer the next big thing. In a dynamic world that knows no ends to change and disruptions, leaders are judged by one constant factor: Success.

Agility requires adapting through traditional and non-traditional means of information and much of its success depends upon this mechanism of continuous improvement. How does a leader transition from one thought to another? The key is to unlearn.
