Diljeet's career spans over 2 decades in technology, delivery, client partnering and digital transformation.

Diljeet's collaborative style of working makes him a true agile ambassador that helps breaking the boundaries between Digital and Analogue, Business and IT, Experience and Technology. He is quite passionate speaker on Digital culture, Agile mindset and Enterprise Transformation related topics.

In his last stint, he was responsible for setting up Digital Solutions team for Max Life Insurance, creating Digital roadmap and executing it to give new Digital identity to the organization.

In his previous role, he has worked in Sapient as Client Executive and Delivery Head for key strategic clients in India and APAC and created some powerful award winning client stories in India and Singapore.

In his current role in Decimal, Diljeet is busy re-booting Decimal to 2.0 and trying to build scale with organization capability and cultural setup.
