Mr Ramesh Lakshminarayanan is currently the CIO for CRISIL and oversees the enterprise technology and digital strategy for CRISIL. Ramesh is responsible for technology infrastructure, enterprise applications as well as key customer applications at CRISIL. He is also leading the Technology Lab set-up that has a strategic relevance of partnering with external FinTech and technology firms and collaborating with businesses on innovation.
Ramesh was earlier a Director and founding partner at Pragmatix Services Private Ltd, an analytics start-up engaged in Business Intelligence & Analytics domain and had a very successful track record of building a new-gen Big Data led analytics platform "Fulkrum" which served as the base for building a number of advanced analytics led business solutions like early warning system (EWS), Pricing Engine, Working Capital Analytics etc. These solutions were widely used by Banks, Insurance firms and AMC's across the diverse regions including a number of global financial players.
