In her 16 years of career in IT/Software industry she performed various roles, starting from a developer to consultant, project manager, scrum master and agile coach. Currently she is working as an Agile Coach in IBM India.
She is more passionate about changing people mindset when it comes to agile transition because that is the biggest challenge we all face in agile transformation in organization.
She is also an agile trainer, speaker, workshop facilitator and meet-up organizer.
