With 22 years in the software industry, Hrishikesh has been a product developer, a project manager, and an agile coach and led end-to-end agile transformations as an enterprise coach. Currently, he leads the Agile community at Capgemini India. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and taking individuals and teams on a journey of excellence and satisfaction.
