Mugdha Desai has 25+ years of experience in the IT industry. She has worked on multiple large engagements in Business Operations Management and Portfolio/Program Management across the globe. Having worked with both Service and Product based organisations, she has successfully delivered transformation programmes, and multi-vendor complex IT assignments as well as has set up the small to medium size IT operations in India.

She is currently managing India operations for an AI and Machine learning based product organisation. Mugdha has been involved in conducting training for PMP certification and has also conducted sessions in Nasscom.
