AI/ML Powered & Insights Fuelled Software Delivery Acceleration
Technology serves as the backbone of business strategy execution. High performing software delivery teams is a must to deliver success in today's "digital first" business environment. Firms have traditionally leverages automation, architecture and new ways of working to delivery software delivery productivity. However, with the sophistication of AI, in particular NLP algorithms, has opened up a new white space for the firms to tap. That of AI/ML powered and insights fuelled software delivery acceleration. All the digital assets created in a software delivery life cycle - namely, test cases, defects, user stories, code files - mostly unstructured English language text, can be effectively churned by these new NLP algorithms to deliver insights to various personas such as Product Manager, Developer, Tester, Architect and scrum master. The presentation will cover both agile ways of working alongside how these AI / ML powered insights can deliver use cases such as faster turnaround of defects, regression testing optimization, more efficient change impact analysis and visibility into code analytics to allow the various personas in step improvement in speed to market, quality and effort.
