Reimagining the Application of AI in L&D and Recruitment
The 45 minute presentation would ideally be divided into 2 sections. The first part of the session would indicate the current paradigms that exist in the skilling industry. Every young professional has career aspirations and it will be interesting to traverse the skillup journey of a student named Aditi. We will indicate how AI enables her to identify her skill gaps and curates her training needs inline with her aspirations matched with the organisational goals. The overall use of analytical tools coupled with technology will help her achieve what she desires.
The next section will be about Intelligent and Decision Based Recruitment using AI. Today AI is actively used in the hiring process and we will see which part of a structured interview cycle benefits from the use of AI.
The session will sum up the challenges faced and the benefits of AI for Human Resource Function. A futuristic view of what the next generation hiring and learning processes will be like will be optimally indicated.
