A Social Entrepreneur, Tushar’s vision is to help millions of youth across India to get them job-ready, while contributing to the social cause of eradicating the unemployability issue amongst freshers through the ‘Industry-Academia Community’. His commitment to the cause has emerged from his own job struggle after his engineering graduation.

Tushar brings with him over a decade and a half of IT industry experience. He has worked with top global MNCs like IBM, Infosys, Microsoft, etc., and has more than 25 global certifications. He has been recognised as a ‘vExpert’ by U.S. based top Cloud Computing & Virtualization company VMware for his contribution in this area.
