Leading Business Transformations – The Sustainable Way!
We live in extraordinary times. Over the last few decades, starting right from the early industrial revolution, our global world economy has technologically advanced to the era of Hyper Personalization with AI, IoT, Big Data etc. Organizations are accelerating with the power of technology and at the same time, we are living with unprecedented challenges eg- War zones, Food Crisis, Global Supply chain breakdown, Human rights issues, Inequality, Climate Change, e-Waste and catastrophic impact to biodiversity etc. The need of holistic inclusive growth, risk mitigation and resilient ecosystem compels a pressing agenda of driving sustainable business transformations for the world leaders. Sustainability is everyone's business, and it is high time that we broaden the target Bottom line to also include the Environmental and Social dimensions i.e. 3 P's. My Talk will present key leadership strategies for driving sustainability transformations. My objective is to help the participants understand the core significance of Sustainable Development Goals, their interrelation with Organizations Sustainability goals and how can people make a purposeful green transition using circular economy model.
