Making organizations & Leaders Agile at the Core
A talk delivered via memes & gifs, which calls out some of my personal experiences witnessing - transformation scaling fails & some learnings out of it. The whole rush to scaling agile transformations, without ensuring the right maturity & zero defects in the current practices - cascades multifold & has a compounding effect on the system as a whole. As a result, the scaling agile transformations are often seen as failures. The session aims at bringing out very common & relatable antipatterns observed with some of scaling or scaled agile teams. The antipatterns are presented in the form of short funny anecdotes, collected from my professional experiences, along with the learnings from them. The session ends with reflecting on how some of the lean agile principles can be applied to the scaling journey itself, for a course correction
