Sarika Jain is a Professor and HOD (HR) currently working with N L Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai, India. She has completed her PhD from IIM(Mumbai) (Formally NITIE). She is an approved PhD guide from Mumbai University. She has good analytical skills and expertise in statistics software like SPSS and AMOS. She is engaged in post-graduate teaching and research and has more than 18 years of experience teaching. She has worked with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) on a national Project “Educational Status of Religious & Linguistic Minorities”. She has received the Devang Mehta Award twice for “Best Professor in CSR” and for "Most Influential Professor in Management ". She has published papers in peer-reviewed journals of National and International Repute. Her teaching and research interests area include Organizational Behaviour, HRM, HR Analytics, Work-Family Studies, Employee Engagement, Sustainability, and CSR. Overall, she is a passionate and dedicated educator and researcher with a strong commitment to excellence in academia.
