Mugdha Desai has been in the IT industry for more than 25 years. She has worked with organisations like Syntel, Tech Mahindra, Mastek etc. During her career, she has managed large global engagements and transformation programs, in both products as well as services.
She is currently working as ‘Head – India Operations’ with Creative Virtual, which is a product based organisation having AI based products in customer experience space.
