Swati is a design thinking specialist, trainer/speaker and leadership consultant.She has a diverse experience in HR working with leading organizations such as Mphasis, HP, Birlasoft, Syntel(ATOS), Spice Group, Broker Network. She has worked on Design thinking and Innovation for organizations like Decathlon, Lilly, Link Innovations, Nestle, Tata Motors, Here Technology, Amdocs, Aditya Birla Group Digispice, Max Life, Hafele and Yes Bank.

Apart from training more than 10,000 people in India, Swati has experience in training people from various nationals like US, Canada, UK, Kenya, Ghana, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan.

She has been a visiting faculty at TISS/NMIMS/JIMS/Atharv College along with being a dedicated trainer for foreign students on Design thinking for the Ministry of External Affairs. She also runs a forum called ‘Fail Nights’.

She is certified in Design Thinking from MIT. Her interest areas are innovation, startups, theatre, travel and animals. Swati is married and lives with her family in Mumbai. Her vision is to enable more and more people to learn, innovate and co-create.
