Yashasree Barve

Yashasree Barve is an Agile Coach and Transformation Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services. She has been working in the Information Technology industry since 1998 delivering enterprise solutions across the breadth of the technology landscape. She currently works as the Unit Agile Leader for the Technology, Software and Services Business Group of TCS. Her work includes transformation consulting and coaching for customers and teams to help embrace agile ways of working.

A practitioner of agile methods since 2007 she has enjoyed the agile way of working as a scrum team member (a technical architect), a scrum master, and an agile coach.

She is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, Professional Scrum Master and a Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC 6). As an SPC, she has trained over 1000+ TCS associates and customer employees for SAFe certifications through several training sessions. She is the author of the book "Agile Mindset Ma.g.i.c, Stories from the trenches". She is an active contributor to Agile Network India, Mumbai chapter. She has been a contributor in an organization-wide agile initiative since 2013. In 2017, TCS awarded her with the Top Individual Agile contributor award.

She is an avid blogger, Podcaster and conference speaker. She has spoken at several conferences such as Agile India, Agile Tour India, RubyConf India, and Agile in Business, Regional Scrum Gatherings, and Women in Agile.
