With over 12 years of experience in the IT/Software industry, Mihir is an agile practitioner/Coach/Consultant helping teams and clients adopt and implement agile principles and practices. He is passionate about enabling collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in the software development process & ways of working.

Currently, he is working as Senior Project Manager at a leading Indian multinational IT service provider serving a major commercial vehicle manufacturer in Sweden, managing the IT delivery and maintenance of a critical application that requires high availability and performance. He has multiple relevant certifications which he has leveraged in various projects for all the clients he has worked with as a consultant.
