Quiz Competition - Guidelines

1. Participation: The quiz is free for all students. Teams from various Colleges and Educational Institutes in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane are invited to participate.

2. Topics: The quiz will cover various topics in the IT industry, the use of information technology in different industries, and general knowledge.

3. Team Registration: There is no limit on the number of teams per College / Institute. Each team can have a maximum of 2 participants, with one designated as the Team Leader. The Team Leader is responsible for completing the Team Registration by 21-Sep-2024 6PM IST using the provided form or using the QR Code. The Registration Form respondent’s email address will receive a copy of the submitted registration form.

4. Online Screening Round: The organisers will send an invitation email to the email addresses of the 2 participants submitted in the Form. It will contain the link to participate in the Online Screening Round planned for Sunday 22-Sep-2024 11:00 AM. The duration of this Round will be 20 Minutes. This Round will have multiple-choice questions and will not have negative marking. This invitation email will contain the tie-breaker rules for the online screening Round. Each team has the choice to participate together with a Single Login (ideal situation) by Team Leader. In case of remote logins by each participant, the average scores for the Team will be utilized. Results will be communicated via email to the registered email addresses by 24-Sep-2024 evening.

5. Final Round: The top 5 teams from this Online Screening Round will be invited to the Conference Venue for the Final Round, which will be conducted on stage as per the Conference Schedule published on our website https://agilemumbai.com.

6. Prizes and Certificates: Prizes and certificates will be awarded to the teams participating in the Final Round. Their names will be published on our Conference website and Linkedin. The teams completing the Online Screening Round will receive a digital certificate of participation.
